Hello, my name is Connie. I am 53 yrs old, married 35+ years to the love of my life, mother of two, grandmother of six...I spend most of my time on line, or reading. I am unable to work due to work related injury that occured in 1995. I have had several surgeries over the years due to this injury...and am facing another one, sometime after the first of the year...not looking forward to it all.... Yea I know it took them long enough...it has been a nightmare getting to this point...incompentent people at the doctors office...made a drastic error on the request
for authorization forms, which put a damper on everything...the denied the request,…
